Do I have to go through all four stages?

No. Every project starts with the free audit, because we can't put a fixed price on the rest without reading the code. After that you approve one stage at a time and can stop after any of them. You keep everything delivered up to that point.

Why is the audit free?

Because we can't quote a fixed price without it, and we'd rather do the reading at our cost than guess at yours. An engineer reads your code and tries the app the way a customer would, and you get a written report you can hand to any developer. There's no obligation to buy a later stage.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what the audit finds, which is why the audit comes first and is free. Two apps that look alike can need very different amounts of work, so we don't publish a price list. You get one fixed price for each stage in writing, you approve one stage at a time, and the price doesn't change once you've approved it.

Will you rebuild my app from scratch?

Almost never. We work with the code you already have from Claude, Lovable, Cursor, ChatGPT, Bolt or v0 and fix the parts that aren't ready for real users. If something does need replacing, the audit says which part and why.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

No. You don't need to know what hosting, Stripe or a database is. You tell us what the product should do, and the report and every update are written in plain English.

Yes. The code, the domain, the database and the Stripe account are in your name from the day we set them up. Nothing runs on accounts we control.

How long does the whole thing take?

The audit takes 2 business days. Fix is 3 to 5 days, Launch 3 to 7 days, Hand over 1 to 2 weeks. Run back to back, the full path is 3 to 5 weeks.

What other costs are there?

Hosting, your domain and Stripe's fees. They're billed to your own accounts at cost and we don't mark them up.

What happens after the last stage?

Launch includes a week on call after go-live, and Hand over includes 30 days of support. After that you run it yourself, which is what the last stage is for, or you keep us on a monthly retainer.

What if you can't get it live?

If we take on your Launch stage and can't get the product live and stable, you don't pay for that stage.
